After your workout grab a Protein Shake or a Nutritious Bar and relax in front of the Large Screen TV in our Lounge. We offer items to go as well as bulk discounted items.

 

Nursery

The nursery is proud to announce the addition of two new computers available to all children!

NURSERY HOURS:

Weekday AM Hours: 8:30am-12:30pm

Monday-Thursday Evening: 5:30pm-9:30pm
Weekend Hours: 8:30am-1:00pm

RULES:
1. Parent and child must sign in and out.
2. No strollers, walkers or food allowed in nursery.
3. Parent will be summoned if child soils diaper.
4. (2) hour maximum stay allowed.
5. Child must be at least (3) months of age.
6. Child cannot leave the nursery unattended.
7. Parent must show ID to release child.
8. All videotapes will be screened.
9. There is a 15 minute time limit on the computers.
10. Parent signing child in, must sign them out.

ATTENTION MEMBERS:

    We are very concerned about the health of your children. We ask that if your child has any cold symptoms, runny nose, cough, fever, etc, that you refrain from bringing he or she to the club. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
