| Membership Descriptions |
1st Person- Ages 18 – 59. 10% discount on dues for those 60 & over.
2nd Person- A spouse or child residing at the same address.
Children- Includes children 25 and under residing with their parents. After 6:00pm, juniors (children under 17) must be accompanied by an adult or in a supervised program.
Junior Membership- Age 17 and under. After 6:00pm, juniors must be accompanied by an adult or in a supervised program.
Senior Restricted Membership- Allows full access to the club, weekdays 5:30am – 5:00pm and Weekends 1:00pm – 7:00pm.
College Membership- College students that board at a school greater than 50 miles away are eligible for a $200 restricted membership. |

| Guests |
| We welcome members’ guests. Guests must be accompanied by a member. Please register your guests at the Reception Desk and pay the appropriate fees before using the facilities. Guest passes may be bought in discounted packets of ten. Guests will be asked to provide photo identification when visiting the club. |

| Referals |
| Encourage your friends to join you in your quest for health and fitness. When you refer potential members, they will receive a special offer to join the club. When your friend joins $20 will be deposited in your account. |
 |
| Can I Visit Other Clubs? |
| Members have access to more than 4,500 clubs worldwide through the International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA) Passport Program. A listing of these clubs is available at www.ihrsa.org. |

| Payment Options |
| Monthly dues are charged at the beginning of each month through electronic funds transfer (EFT). Returned payments, checks or credit cards, are subject to a service fee. Paying annually is another option which will save the member enrollment fee cost . |

| Can I suspend my monthly dues? |
| Members can freeze their memberships for a minimum of one month at a time, for any number of consecutive months, at a charge of $10 per month. There is no charge for medical suspensions. A medical suspension requires a doctor's letter stating the reason and length of absence (up to 6 months). Changes in membership must be received by the 15th of the prior month in order to avoid being billed for the following month. |

| Can I transfer my membership? |
| For a fee, memberships are transferable within 30 days of being cancelled. |

| Voluntary resignation of membership |
| Written notification received by the club by the 15th of any month will terminate membership as of the last day of that month. Notification received after the 15th will result in termination at the end of the following month. Memberships which are terminated will be required to pay an enrollment fee upon rejoining the club. |

| Involuntary resignation of membership |
| The club reserves the right to discontinue the membership or privileges of any member for failure to comply with any rules or regulations adopted by the club, or for conduct the club determines inappropriate. A discontinued member remains liable for all dues and charges incurred. Management may discontinue the membership of any member whose account is 60 days in arrears. |

| How am I informed of policy changes? |
| Rates and rights of membership are subject to change with 60 days advance notice. The obligation to pay dues is not dependent on the availability of all of the club's facilities or the frequency of use. |

| Locker Room Services |
| Soap,
shampoo, hair dryers and other amenities are available in the locker
rooms. Lockers are available to members and their guests on a daily
basis free of charge. Over night lockers are also available
for an additional fee. $10 monthly for interior and $5 monthly
for exterior lockers. If interested in this service please
make the request at the Reception Desk. The club is not responsible
for valuables left in lockers or the locker rooms. |

| Please try not to bring valuables to the club. |

| Towel Service |
| Towel service is included with membership. You may pick up your towels at the Reception Desk when checking into the club. Members can also bring their own towels to the club. |

| Dressing for Health and Fitness |
| Although members are not expected to emphasize fashion over fitness, we do require that you wear shirts and appropriate sneakers in all areas of the club. It's mandatory that all players wear eye guards on the racquetball courts. |

| Food! |
| Our Juice Bar is open the same hours of the club. Stop by for a healthy smoothie, protein bar, energy drink, etc… |

| Your house charge privileges... |
| can be used for virtually anything in the club. Just present your membership card at the point of purchase and charges will be collected monthly through electronic funds transfer. A house account can be arranged with a Member Services Representative. |

| Borrowing equipment is fast and easy |
| Everything you need is located at the Reception Desk: racquetball racquets, eye guards, basketballs, wallyball equipment, and boxing equipment. |
 |
| Lost and Found |
| Lost and found is located at the Reception Desk. Unclaimed items are kept for one week |
 |
| Expect to be kept informed |
| Every month a Calendar of Events is posted at the front door. Additionally, literature racks for each department promote different programs and events taking place at Sunrise. |
 |
| We take your suggestions seriously |
| We depend on your opinions and suggestions to rate the performance of our staff, the efficiency of our facilities and the quality of our services. In the lobby and in the locker room hallway you will find suggestion boxes. Management reviews and responds to members' suggestions. We find this system to be a valuable tool for improving our level of service. |
