• In-House League- Matches are arranged weekly with others at your level. The league encourages games every week. Matches are played on Tuesdays and Thursdays depending on your level of play. This is a great way to meet new partners; perfect for new members. The league rotates every 2-3 months to include new players. The Summer League is in full swing. The Fall League starts approximately at the end of September.
  
  
• Game Arranging- Not able to commit to a certain schedule but would like to play people of similar ability? No Problem! Lorraine Galloway, our Racquetball Director will meet with you, rate your level of play, and then arrange matches based on your level and availability.
Lessons- Looking to sharpen your skills on the court? Sunrise offers lessons taught by our own certified professional Lorraine Galloway. Lorraine is a regional, state, national, and world champion. She currently is the Chairperson for the Woman's committee for the U.S. Racquetball Association and a clinician for the American Professional Racquetball Organization. Lorraine is also on the Ektelon Woman's committee. Ektelon is the leading manufacturer of racquetball equipment.


• Free Introduction to Racquetball- Learn the basics: forehand, backhand, serve, and the rules in a non-intimidating environment. This Free Intro. is offered twice a month, check with the Reception Desk regarding dates and times. The next Free introduction is 8/2 at 6:00pm-7:00pm.
  
  
• Junior Instructional Program - This is a great program for the younger family members. Half the time is spent learning skills and the second half of the hour is spent playing. This FREE Program is run on Saturdays at 11:00 A.M-12:00 P.M.  
  
  
• Challenge Court- Another opportunity to meet and play different members. Challenge Court for singles available Saturdays and Sundays 8:00am – 11:00am.  Singles and Doubles is offered.
  
  
• Monthly Shootouts-We offer round robin tournaments on a monthly basis for all skill levels. You must sign up in advance. Summer Shootouts will be held on Monday evenings. June Shootout will be held Monday July 26 from 6pm-9pm. Levels A, AA and B will be held from 7:30-9:00. Levels  BB, C and CC will be held from 6:00-7:30pm. The cost is $10 for members and $25 for nonmembers. Space is limited.

• Challenge ladder- We now offer another opportunity for you to enhance your singles game in a non regimented system. The idea is to challenge anyone to your immediately left of your spot on the pyramid within 2 weeks. You can challenge as many times as you'd like. Someone may also challenge you. This is run during non prime time hours. You book the court yourself. All levels are welcome. The fee is $10 per season. The Summer season is in session. You can join the ladder any time. There is no deadline.
