Chiropractic Evaluations:
A free service available at Sunrise Health & Racquet!  Be evaluated by a local doctor either in-house or at the doctor's office, what ever is more convenient for you!

Tanning:
Looking a little pale? Going on vacation to a sunny destination? Our Sunjet® tanning bed is just the thing. Get one (20) minute session for $7; a (5) session package for $30; or (10) sessions for just $55!

Nutritional Counseling:
Learn how to make healthy choices!  You will be taught how to decipher those difficult to read nutrition labels you find on food packaging.  Most importantly a meal plan will be established specifically for you!

Personal Training:
Get fit with our certified, personal trainers!  A trainer will be happy to develop a specific program established to meet your needs.  Over a dozen trainers available who specialize in working with the deconditioned population, older population, people who need rehabilitation, specific sports training, and other special needs populations.
